The PEDC owns a 23-acre parcel of greenfield in Paris’ NW Industrial Park that would provide an excellent site for new building construction. The site has direct access to a major roadway, FM-79, and is located only 1.5 miles from the surrounding loop, Loop 286. The site is power (3-phase), water, sewer, and gas ready. As owner of the property, the PEDC has complete discretion over the use of the land. The site has also undergone a Phase 1 Environmental Survey and there are no existing environmental issues on site.

The site has access or is in close proximity to key water/sewer utilities. Significant gas and electrical infrastructure are also in close proximity. Additionally, there is an intermodal facility less than 1 mile away than can be used if necessary.

The site is currently zoned as light industrial. As part of the NW Industrial Park, the site is close to LionsHead Tire and Wheel, and American SpiralWeld Pipe, a spiral-welded steel pipe manufacturer for water and wastewater transmission markets, industrial use, hydroelectric and power markets, including treatment plants and pump stations.
