New Markets Tax Credit Program

The New Markets Tax Credit program (NMTC) was designed to give incentives to businesses for development in disadvantaged areas as designated by the US Department of Commerce. Businesses that build in qualified tracts are eligible for returns on portions of their expenses. Since the locations that we are presenting fall in this category, you could see approximately 16% of your investment recouped through this program should you choose one of these Paris sites. The PEDC will gladly work with you to assist you in making application for the NMTC.
